We are looking for a Global Business Development Manager. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and increasing market share in the process control industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic market analyses, and maintaining relationships with key customers. This position requires a proactive and strategic thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills. This position will work from their home office with frequent travel both in the US and Internationally and will report directly to the EVP of Sales & Marketing.
Your mission
Objectives:
  • Increase sales through horizontal expansion of the customer base.
  • Identify and establish contact with new target customers.
  • Enhance sales efficiency by recognizing and addressing repeatable customer needs.
  • Boost awareness in the process control market.
  • Regularly conduct demos with potential customers.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Research, identify, and establish contact with potential customers.
  • Conduct strategic market and competition analysis to explore new business areas in process control and metrology.
  • Maintain and expand existing business relationships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize products and processes, increasing their value.
  • Track industry trends and product developments to identify new market opportunities.
  • Give presentations and participate in industry conferences and meetings.
  • Support the preparation of offers in coordination with the global sales team.
  • Develop and implement global sales campaigns in collaboration with sales management.
  • Create and support sales presentations in conjunction with marketing and product management.

  • Practical experience and market knowledge in process control.
  • Strong sense of emerging markets and industry trends.
  • Analytical skills to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
