At our location in Seoul, we have a full-time vacancy for Area Sales Manager as soon as possible.
Your mission
  • Drive sales of Raith's products and services in South Korea
  • Responsible for the expansion of market share and achieve sales targets by developing new customers, managing existing accounts
  • Monitor sales leads, visit customers, deliver sales and technical presentations, coordinate demos with the applications center and provide quotations to prospects
  • Plan and execute marketing activities including organizing user meetings and participation in trade fairs, conferences    
  • Forecast sales budgets, develop and implement sales strategies based on market and competitive analysis
  • Review sales contracts' terms and conditions, work closely with order desk management for sales order completion and ensure delivery of systems and services in the region.  
  • Responsibilities include attending product trainings and sales meetings, maintaining updated CRM database, expense reporting, weekly and monthly reporting to head of sales and management
  • This position will report to the General Manager Asia
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering, physical sciences or other relevant field, with >5 years of related work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales, experience in high tech equipment related to semiconductor industry or R&D institutes
  • Must understand the Korean market of high-tech analytical equipment in terms of direct/in-direct channel sales
  • Experience in nanofabrication and/or electron microscopy a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and fast learner to manage multiple projects' scope, budget and schedule to achieve timely completion
  • Capability to work independently and effectively from home office base with frequent travel within Korea and international (~20%)
  • Language: Korean (native), English (fluent / business conversational)
