Your mission
  • Perform domestic shipping via FedEx & UPS out to Customers and Field Service Engineers.
  • Process daily postings in our Inventory Management System.
  • Assist the Logistics Manager with the creation and sending of Purchase Orders on a timely basis.
  • Assist the Logistics Manager in the sourcing of our Parts Inventory.
  • Processing Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Material Issues & Usage, Delivery Notes.
  • Service Call and Service Order processing
  • Service Call & Order Reporting as needed.
  • Assist with bi-weekly Inventory Cycle counts.
  • Assist the Logistics Manager in the Timely discarding of obsolete and unused parts and equipment.
  • Track & coordinate service repairs with outside Vendors. Work with vendors to obtain RMA# and follow through until completion of repair and item is back in house.
  • Maintain listing & locations of internal items for Repair
  • Receiving of Parts & Machine incoming shipments into our Troy NY warehouse.
  •  Assist processing field service returns to warehouse (Return of Goods forms, internal / external repair and tracking.
  • Assist with Inventory organization and various projects (Barcoding, Photos etc.)
  • Assist with Quarterly / Yearly Engineer remote inventory tracking.
  • Track / Monitor shipments daily.
  • Assist with Export shipments
Your Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline
  • 2 years of logistics / warehouse experience
  • Experience shipping via UPS, Fedex and freight-forwarders
  • Knowledge of warehouse and storage operations
  • Knowledge of Inventory / Purchasing systems
  • PC literate (MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and can work well within a fast-growing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task are essential.
