We are looking for a skilled (Front-End) Developer with experience in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) development using VB.NET and C# to enhance the user interface and improve user experience (UI/UX) of our core application. You will work closely with our development team to create a more intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing UI that caters to environments with high user turnover and multiple operators. Additionally, you will manage and optimize data handling processes, including machine recipes, logs, and user data, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end and the back end. 

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and back-end developers to design and implement UI/UX improvements for our WPF application.
• Enhance the overall look, feel, and functionality of the application to better suit environments where multiple users will operate our machines.
• Ensure the application is intuitive, accessible, and optimized for quick learning and ease of use by a wide range of users.
• Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and workflows.
• Apply industry best practices for creating modern, user-friendly interfaces.
• Debug and resolve UI-related issues in the WPF application.

• 2+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on WPF applications using VB.NET and C#.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional and intellectual ability
• Strong knowledge of XAML for creating user interfaces in WPF.
• Experience in designing and improving UI/UX in applications targeted for multi-user environments.
• Ability to create high-quality, user-friendly interfaces from concept to implementation.
• Experience in using version control systems (e.g., Subversion/Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
