Your mission

Provide first-line technical support
Implement production improvements (products, processes, tools)
Document production process changes (ECRs)
Analyze, advise, and lead defined projects
Manage E-BOM to M-BOM transition
Collaborate with internal departments

Report to the Operations Manager

Your Qualifications

MBO+/HBO level education
Project management skills
Lean Six Sigma knowledge
Process engineering and optimization skills
Understanding of internal processes and safety
English language proficiency
Strong communication skills
