Your mission
  • Prepare, calibrate and test advanced maskless laser lithography systems to ensure they meet all Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) criteria
  • Configure and integrate system software and PLC components, ensuring seamless communication and functionality across all subsystems
  • Perform high-precision calibration of motion platforms and optical modules, working at nanometer-level accuracy to meet stringent performance standards
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving electrical, mechanical and optical components, ensuring optimal system performance
  • Conduct comprehensive final acceptance testing, including process steps such as spin coating, development and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) analysis
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues while maintaining a high level of ownership and responsibility for your specific area of expertise.
Your Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Nanotechnology
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with high-tech equipment (semiconductor/photonics), including laser systems, optics, precision motion, PLCs, system software, and cleanroom processes
  • Problem Solving & Calibration: Strong analytical skills for diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and optical issues, with precision calibration experience at nanometer-scale tolerances
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, accurate, and strong team collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary environments
  • Language & Certifications: Fluent in English (Dutch a plus). Cleanroom, ESD, SEM operation, or PLC/automation certifications are beneficial.
