About us
Your mission
- Develop, maintain, and improve work instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality production.
- Organize training materials and support onboarding and skill development of production teams.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow performance.
- Support daily production and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and quality requirements.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment (lithography, laser systems, or precision equipment is a plus)
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with work instructions and training material development
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
