Your mission

As a Quality Migration Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the harmonization and localization of quality management systems across Raith Laser system site. The primary objective of this internship is to ensure that existing procedures and documentation from other locations are effectively translated, adapted, and aligned with local operational, regulatory, and safety requirements. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Translating, reviewing, and tailoring quality procedures and work instructions from other sites to fit local operations. 
  • Adapting and standardizing work safety documentation in compliance with local regulations and company policies. 
  • Develop customized audit documentation and samples aligned with internal and external requirements. 
  • Assisting in the migration, structuring, and updating of Quality Management (QM) documents within company systems. 

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Facility Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline. 
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong asset. 
  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and work safety practices. 
  • Familiarity with documentation processes, audits, or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with document management systems is a plus. 
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical and operational documentation.
