Your mission

  • Serve as the application expert for demo systems, possessing deep understanding of hardware/software capabilities and technical features. Proficiently operate demo systems to support micro/nano device design, fabrication, metrology, and analysis.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to drive sales growth:
  • Deliver professional technical consultations on products, technologies, and applications to the Sales team.
  • Conduct comprehensive customer demonstrations including software/hardware performance demo, process verification, and sample processing/testing, etc.
  • Support marketing activities by participating in academic conferences, delivering technical presentations, and producing professional marketing documentations such as case studies and application notes.
  • Deliver post-sales technical support to enhance customer experience and satisfaction:
  • Support and execute special acceptance tests to ensure smooth acceptance of the whole installation project.
  • Provide advanced system trainings or customized process developments according to the mutual agreement. 
  • Offer technical support to Helpdesk for application-related issues, including problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and delivery of final solutions.
  • Actively participate in global application team meetings and collaborative projects in alignment with the company matrix organizational structure.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D teams to execute software/hardware testing initiatives; provide feedback based on test data and improvement recommendations.
  • Regularly compile and publish internal technical reports, operation manuals, and application documents, and other documentations to enrich the company’s knowledge data base and promote internal technology sharing.
  • Develop and deliver internal training programs for internal employees, including lab safety compliance, standardized equipment operation procedures, and customized technical training sessions, etc.
  • Works as the tool owner, to perform routine maintenance, status monitoring, scheduling coordination of the demo systems to ensure optimal performance and maximize utilization rates.
  • Strictly implement and uphold EHS policies and safety management systems. Ensure full compliance with occupational safety standards and operating protocols within assigned areas. Proactively identify and eliminate potential risks to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient laboratory environment.
  • Perform other tasks and cross-functional collaboration assignments as directed by management.

Your Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Optics, Optoelectronics, Microelectronics, Materials Science, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) or Laser Beam Lithography (LBL) or semiconductor metrology systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain precision measuring instruments and scientific laboratory equipment.
  • Familiarity with Python, C/C++, and Linux environments is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently without excessive supervision.
  • Strong teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal abilities; able to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English - excellent verbal communication, reading, and technical writing skills required.
